How long is your season?

10 and a half months.

How much are your site fees for the 2024 Season?

Site fees are £4050 for the 10 1/2 months

How long can I keep my Caravan Holiday Home on your park?

20 year age limit on park from the age of your Holiday Home not when you put it on the base.

Are there any other costs involved in running my Holiday Home?

Your gas, electric and insurance are separate to your site fee.

Are pets allowed?

We are dog friendly (numbers are limited and must be controlled at all times).

Are there any park rules?

We enclose a copy of the site terms & conditions, which are comprehensive but basically common sense conditions to enable the park to be enjoyed by all.

How far away is the Golf Course and Beach

Three miles from the beach and 3/4 of a mile to Rhuddlan Golf Course.

Who owns and manages the Park?

The Park is owned by SF Parks Ltd.

Is there Park Security?

We have a park warden on site 365 days a year.

Are there any transport links close to the park?

Just minutes from the A55 with bus and taxi transport near the park.
